@crizzzuu ...not unless the DLT is acting as a sidechain or is otherwise coordinating with a wider ecosystem. If not, yeah, as one of the people that created one of the largest DLTs, I'm just not seeing the value over using a conventional DB.

Public blockchain is more tamper proof. Private databases that are end to end encrypted are more resistant to data breaches. Private blockchains are neither. Still useful for many things, but if someone tells you they are simply "more secure", have them call me.
